Mental resistance is the dissonance between how you’re living now and how you know you want to be living.
This might appear to you like anxiety: too many options or overwhelm.
But you’ve dealt with anxiety and moved past that state of neurosis, so this resistance is something different.
You are on the brink of being cracked wide open.
Beliefs will be dismantled and answers will be revealed to you.
You remain closed off, afraid of what is to come.
Fearful you won’t be able to navigate the truth as it pours in like a heavy rain.
In reality, it’s what you crave the most, what you’ve been searching for this whole time.
Truth is your guiding force, your compass.
You are listening to the truth in small ways, but haven’t been courageous enough to gain self-trust.
Self-trust is how truth expands to shrink the gap between how you’re living now (un-aligned) and how you know you want to live (in alignment).
The mental resistance drops when you get still.
When you feel your heart beating, your breath, and your body.
Answers reveal themselves when you become present and move moment to moment without judgment.
It’s from this state, you’ll know how to be.
With love,
Iz
