2023

• Graduated college
• Got my heart broken. Moved home.
• Spent 2–3 months with no job, no savings — just stillness
• Manifested my first car. Took out my first loan.
• Moved to Detroit in October to begin a new life with my partner

2024

• Started working with people 1:1
• Traveled to Colombia & swore I would live there someday
• Got stronger than I’d ever been in 20 years of athletics
• Dropped my people-pleasing identity

2025

• Let go of my athletic identity
• Started uncovering what I really feared

2026

• Decided to explore my own possibility
• Started hosting Detroit Board Walks and it changed my life
• Building apps that help people see themselves clearly
• Learning just how capable I am when I move with fear not against it
